meet our new designers

As you surely noticed, in December some of our designers stepped down our team. We will miss them all – they all are extremely talented! But what is even more important to me, they all are very warm, very friendly and just amazing! Not only as designers, but as friends and people. You are all awesome!!! We wish you Tanya, Teeshoom, Erin, Kasia and Irene all best and we will miss you!

I am happy to announce that we have some new, awesome designers on board. I admire their talents – I have looked at their projects for a long time and I am really thrilled with an opportunity of working with you girls. So without any long preliminaries – here they are!

New 7 Dots Studio Designers for January-June 2014:

Heippa! I’m Riikka Kovasin – a mixed media style scrapbooker from Finland. I’m married to a wonderful man and we have two sweet daughters. We live in the capital Helsinki. My family is a constant source of inspiration and our daily life gives topics for my pages. I also love to create minialbums, cards and canvases.

I’m happiest when I can get messy with different paint media and create a piece of memory keeping at the same time. I adore mixed media and love to create my own hand print to my pages. For me the process of creating is equally important than the end result. I scrap because I love to express myself that way and I’m creating pages because I want to document our lives to my children.

I started scrapbooking back in 2009 when my older daughter was about 6 months old. Since then my style has evolved to more mixed media direction and nowadays I usually grab gesso or other paint media when I start creating.

I’m absolutely thrilled and honored to be part of the 7 Dots Studio team!

Hi! My name is Elena Morgun, I live in Ukraine, I am 24 years. I am a happy wife and mother of two very active kids, a boy and a girl. Scrapbooking came into my life 3 years ago and now it’s not just a hobby, it’s my favorite job and essential part of life! I love to experiment and try something new, like a paste and paint.

Very glad to become a part of my favorite DT 7Dots Studio. Thank Tusia!

My name is Polina, but in the scrap community I use nickname “Kalipssa”. I live in Minsk (Belarus) with my almost 3-years old daughter, work as a journalist in a national newspaper. I’m 29.
I started scrappin about 3 years ago and don’t wanna stop. I can’t imagine my life without good music, coffee and my scrap riches: paper, paint, etc. Scrapbooking is the best way to sublimate, reflection and rest from everyday worries. It’s a way to find something new inside myself this and is a modest attempt to show my own feelings and emotions.

I am a wife to my best friend from college, and the mother to three daughters. I live in a tiny town that sits on a lake, on the prairies of Kansas, USA. I am employed both as a church soloist (I am a classically trained soprano), and also a librarian.
Other than my amazing family, the thing I eat, sleep, and breathe is mixed media art and craft. I adore creating scrapbook layouts and canvases, tags, cards, and altered projects with an eclectic, free, and soulful vibe.
In the time when I’m not creating, I also enjoy photography, sewing, reading, thrifting, swimming and snorkling. Most days, I also spend at least a little time planning, journaling and dreaming, about relocating to Oahu, Hawaii; my favorite place on earth.
I am honored to be a part of the 7 Dots Studio design team, and to work with such amazing products.

My name is Nataliya, however in the scrap world I use my nickname Frau_Muller.
I am 28 years old and live with my family in the Ukraine. I’m the head of trade in a marketing department and the happy mother of little “superman”
I’ve been scrapbooking for 2 & 1/2 years and try to make different projects every day! During this time I’ve fallen in love with different styles and materials & I’m absolutely passionate with both Mixed-Media and Vintage styles.
For me, scrapbooking is art therapy & often inspiration comes from either my little son and/or music.
To be a part of such amazing company was my biggest dream for a long time and now i’m here. It’s a miracle!
I’m very happy to be a part of this amazing team!
