Hello Sweeties,

Today I’m up on 7 Dots Studio blog with a new layout. The photo shows a detail of one of the doors of the Basilica St. Mary of the Angels and Martyrs in Rome.

I began the background by gluing some strip of assorted papers to give some texture and I covered them which a thin layer of Gesso. Then I added a design with a stencil and white crackle paste.

I let it air dry and colored the background with several colors of Twinkling H2Os. Some random stamping and splatters were all that was needed to finish.

I colored the die cut leaves with different colors of Twinkling as well as the flowers.

To finish my page, I added some Mica Flakes that remind the design of the door.

Hello, friends!
Today is Monday, the beginning of new weekand I would like to inspire you to make some changes. I love creating layouts, and before I had made them with so many layers and details. But I feel that I need changes, because to me change is growth. Today my layout doesn’t resemble my previous ones much. Just a few elements, tender lace, some stamps and paints. And a lot of enjoyment while creating! These were my biggest inspirations: old family photos and favorite papers.
