July challenge – Favourite Quote

During our life we all gather many different quotes, that we use when the situation is appropriate. Some of them are just for fun and some of them should uplift us. Will you share with us your favourite quote?
Here is the inspiration from our team:
My favourite quote and in fact – motto for my life is: “Life is short. LIVE IT” And I am doing my best to live my life fully every day.
I created a layout with amazing vintage collection ‘Lost and Found’.
‘The Secret Garden’, written by Frances Hodgson Burnett, is a charming book about a girl named Mary Lennox.
One of my favorite quotes from the book :
“And the secret garden bloomed and bloomed and every morning revealed new miracles.”
― Frances Hodgson Burnett, The Secret Garden
I love the book “Breakfast At Tiffany’s” and I think that in this book, everyone will find a lot of favorite quotes but I have chosen: ““No matter where you run, you just end up running into yourself.”
My favorite quote is ‘it’s the little things, that make life big’ because life has many beautiful little elements, situations and details. If you can’t see them, or enjoy them, you’re missing the beauty of life I think… Life is so very fragile, we have to be thankful and blessed for all the little things that makes us happy. And that’s what makes life big.
For me my daughter is what makes life big. All the little things we come across every day together. When she laughs, when we enjoy a little walk outside, when we cuddle in the mornings in bed, when we enjoy the sun and have many laughs together. When she is telling me all her stories. When she is playing with her imaginary friends, horses, sisters and brothers. When she tells me such wise things. When she shows me how many things she learns every day… I am thankful and proud…
She is the center of my life…
I didn’t include my favorite quote in my project but I was inspired by it. Quote I say but it’s actually either just a word or a whole song. I’ve done a couple layouts about the subject as well, but as the song is really meaningful to me, I chose to go with it again.
This journal page is inspired by a Finnish song by Oskar Merikanto called “Myrskylintu” – “Stormbird”. I would love to link you the song here but I still haven’t found a recording of a version that I would love. The first time I heard the song it was live during a theater piece and I haven’t found a recording that would sound as awesome. So unfortunately you just need to use your imagination here.
When I have to give my favorite quote, I do not know which to choose more too much… The photo of my daughter guided me to choose what I would like that it keeps in head while increasing this quotation represents her a lot. These small sentences so much mean a lot…
Don’t blame me… blame my gypsy soul !! Yes, sometimes, i feel so free and relaxed, like a gypsy soul. Once a European friend told me… don’t blame yourself, it’s your Greek heart. That was the inspiration for this challenge for me. My Greek – gypsy soul… Stronger than my logical rules and order.
I often use quotes on my cards. I believe a well picked quote make the card more personal. This one was made by using the Homegrown Collection as the main source of supplies. I simply layered pieces of papers from the 6×6 paper pad on a cardstock base. To add extra interest I used the star stamp from the Homegrown clear stamp set together with beige embossing powder. The quote was stamped on a tag (also from the Homegrown collection). The card is a gift for one of my Colleagues. Even though we can have a pretty rough time at work, he always has time to fool around and make us smile.
Love you to the moon and back… I love this quote, and that’s exactly what I feel about this little baby.
This quote matches perfectly beautiful 12×12 paper from Homegrown Collection-Wool, words stickers and die-cut elements.
I totally love all designs from Domestic Goddess collection. I almost forgot to tell you about my favorite quote, that is of course ” Keep calm and always create”, because I like to regain calm during creating!
Expressing my favourite quote is about all passion and creative person.
What you think, you become
What you feel, you attract
What you imagine, you create (Buddha)
My layout is about art with cool photo of my dirty hands with brushes. Quote: “ART washes from the SOUL the dust of everyday LIFE”. When I create I am totally immersed in the art and completely forget about everything else. Art really heals my soul and makes me happy!
