Catch a falling star by Sanderijn de Bruin-Mittendorff

I made two tags with a combination of Dreamscapes and Hazy Days collections. I loved creating these tags. They are easy to make, and you will get a gorgeous result. I made them to give away as a gift. With the stencil patterns and word stickers, they get a 3 dimensional outcome, which I love to create.

I made a little step by step tutorial for you:
Step 1 : Cover the tags with a layer of clear gesso.

Step 2 : Add stencil pattern with modelling paste and a palette knife and let dry.

Step 3 : When the paste is dry, add several layers of Lindy’s sprays (or similar coloured sprays) over the tags, dry them with a heattool.

Step 4 : Paint your chipboard pieces with acrylic paint and dabber tool. Add a little bit of the white paint on the tags too.

Step 5 : Spray your chipboard pieces with the sprays as well. Add a new layer to the tags too, if desired.

Step 6 : When the tags are dry, sew them onto another piece of 6 x 6 paper with a sweing machine.

Step 7 : Add your chipboard, flowers, embellishments, etc. Finish with sequins and some custum made coloured ribbon.
