Two peas in a pod by Nathalie Dalibard

Hello 7 Dots studio fans !!
Today I want to show you a mini album I made using a lot of mixed-media goodies and 7 DOTS STUDIO different collections.
I used pictures of my two sons, wearing the same clothes at the same ages … Two peas in a pod …

I printed very big pictures for this project, and I like the effect.

Hello dear 7 dots fans!!

Today I want to share with you a mini album I made for a sweet friend and her husband, for keeping their memories alive. They went for their honeymoon in the U.S and they took many amazing photos, so I thought it was the best gift. And here it is…

I used Writer’s Block collection papers to cover front and back pages and some of the same collection to dress the inside pages too. I made some layers using leftover papers and tags plus some sticker and die-cut elements. A fabric Prima flower in the middle and some leaves fit perfectly with my metallic elements and the whole style of the mini album. I hope I inspired you to start you own mini album too, because I think the new Writer’s Block and Cotton Candy Dreams collections are superb for this kind of work. See you soon, love Eirini.

Guest Designer – Boldyreva Dasha

Hi everyone! My name is Boldyreva Dasha. I am from Tomsk, Russia. I have been engaged in scrapbooking for year and a half. I was in search for my style for a long time, and then I understood that most of all I like to work with paints, sprays and inks etc. My favourite themes are fairytale, fantasy, forest and my favourite style is definitely the mixed media! That is why I like 7 Dots Studio products so much, they suit ideally for many of my scrapbooking projects! I am very glad to be guest designer for 7 Dots Studio! I want to thank Marina Syskova (the organiser of the “Magic School” project) and Tusia Lech (the main judge of the contest) for that.

I want to show you my mini-album, created from wonderful 7 Dots Studio “Cotton Candy Dreams” Collection. This album is dedicated to my mother. She celebrates her 50th anniversary next month. Despite the age she is still very young in body and soul, and she can be so different!

On every page of the album I wanted to show how amazing she is!

She can be romantic and mysterious,

Sometimes she is mischievous and playful,

She is sensitive and loves nature,

Feminine and refined,

And of course she can be passionate and femme fatale.

I have crafted the album from the papers, die-cut elements, tags, element stickers and word stickers of 7 Dots Studio! Cotton Candy Dreams is the universal collection, from which I could express completely different moods on every page. I tried to make the cover of the same colour spectrum as the papers from the set. I drew it, using the alcohol inks, and 7 dots studio elements and word stickers wonderfully complemented it.
