*Dreamer* – twice
Hello bloggers! Today I would like to show you layouts made by our two tallented designers – Hege and Heidi.
Originally it was Elise collection that was typical me, but I liked the Dreamer collection so much that I wanted to challenge myself. I love the shapes and colors of the sheets and wanted to highlight the colors against the white background, that might be my hallmark. 🙂
I found a little dreamy image of myself that would fit and I must admit that I love the collection more and more.
Supply list:
– 7 Dots Studio – Dreamer – City lights
– 7 Dots Studio – Dreamer – Sleepless
– 7 Dots Studio – Dreamer – Night’s fever
– 7 Dots Studio – Dreamer – Stickers 12×12
– 7 Dots Studio – Dreamer – Sticker 6×12
Others: Flowers from Prima and thickers alphabet from American crafts. Glimmer Mist from tattered angels.
Aaaah, how I love that this paper can be used with so many inks, paints, and art mediums! The background is deliciously, artistic already but with the addition of some molding paste, gesso, mists, paints, it is completely customizable to my project! I really wanted to go with a vintage, masculine, feel here because I was using an old photograph of my father during his military days and I love that the paper had so much distressing already added to it, that I was able to create this project in mere moments, adding all the little touches and embellishments that I adore!
The 7 Dots elements that can be punched out are not only whimsical but completely work within just about any project – here I used one the hearts and typewriter numbers to accent the page, as well as cutting out strips and squares to layer from the backside of the Daydreaming paper. I love it!
