My key thought while scrapping is not to think but instead free my mind and just do. Somebody sometimes used the phrase “let your hands lead you” and I think it’s a perfect way to describe what I do. I just play around with different media and pretty papers and embellishments and change my game plan according to every layer I create.

Sunglasses
My younger daughter is a little clown. While shopping for summer clothes she made her way to the sunglasses and tried almost every single one on making funny faces. I love to use the product packaging and “scraps” in my layouts, too. Here I added the die cut sheet to the paper layers.

Spoil yourself
The idea behind this layout is “all work and no play make Jack a dull boy”. The layout is actually a reminder to myself, to have time to play, too. I used similar process to this layout than to the first one, but changed the colors and some of embellishments.
