Romantic side of 9th Wave by Ana Paula
hello!
Ana Paula here to share two projects created using 7Dots Studio.
The first one is a scrapbooking layout with the title “14”.
I made it for my daughter Luiza using a picture of her eighth grade graduation. This picture shows very well the transition from a little girl to a little woman. I wanted to create a feminine page but with some mysteries, that´s why I chose some details in black, metal charms and stamps.
The background was made using the paper Golden Sand from the 9th Wave collection and some scraps of these papers:
Deep Water, Coral Reef, Wavy Ocean from 9th Wave Collection
I tore them to made a vertical composition with the dripping paint effect. I also added some Pan Pastel to complete the page.
The second project is a Frame Home Decor .
I customized a white gift box covering it with the papers Golden Sand and Coral Reef from the 9th Wave collection and white watercolor paint as finishing to give a rustic look.
The inner of the box was covered with the paper Coral Reef and I adhered two pieces in resin that were painted using patina techniques with Chalboard Glimmer Mist (Mint chocolate chip). With a little piece of cloth I was cleaning the paint to give a soft look.
The acetate lid was decorated and I added the title in MDF ( loved) painted with white acrylic paint.
It will be a birthday gift for a friend!
