Hi everyone…Sandi here today to share a couple of 7 Dots creations!
First up is a layout created with the brand new Cold Country Collection and let me tell you…it is gorgeous!! I received the new collections on Valentine’s Day(much better than chocolates and flowers) and I took them out of the box so many times, just to look at them!!
Home is Where Your Story Begins

Love this old photo of my Dad’s Childhood home!
For dimension, I cut the beautiful diamonds and glued directly over the same diamonds on the paper using pop dots. I then cut the same images from the Cold Country 6×6 paper and glued that down.

I mixed some black India ink with molding paste and used the gorgeous Nature Walk Stencil in random places on my layout.

I gave the gorgeous chippies a coat of black paint and lightly brushed on some watered down gesso.

I put the new stamp collections from Nature Walk and Cold Country to good use as they make for an awesome background!

I stamped the butterflies from the Nature Walk Stamps onto a sheet of acetate using Staz on Ink. I lightly colored with purple alcohol ink and then cut out.

Forever

I layered different papers from the 6×6 paper pad and here’s a little closeup……

This tag is a part of a set and I shared the card last month. However, when I started embellishing the tag, I also started adding more to the card. I definitely never know when to stop but here is the finished set.
