Pascale – Why Stop Dreaming?
Hello Sweeties, my name is Pascale. I’m living in France, near Tours, with my two teenagers. I started scrapbooking at the end of 2010. One of my hobbies is photography and over the years I’ve taken a lot, really a lot, of pictures, but they always stay in my computer. I’ve always like handicraft. So scrapbooking is just a way to combine two of my hobbies, a way to express my creativity and to showcase my photos. Since I began to scrap, flowers are part of my layouts, and I gradually started to use mixed media as well. I don’t know how to define my style, perhaps something like free vintage shabby style could be a good definition.
But it’s up to you to judge

Hello Sweeties,
Today I’m sharing my first official layout as a member of the 7 Dots Studio DT. And the subject for once is me: a way to present myself.
I’ve worked with the collection created by Anna Dąbrowska aka Finnabair: Cold Country. The neutral colors of the collection allow to work with a large range of colors. I love it.
I’ve started my background by gluing some strip of papers, then adding some gesso with a stencil to add more texture, some colors with Twinklings and Izinks and finally some random stamping.
The chipboard pieces have been colored with some Twinklings and covered with the Rock Candy Crackle Paint.
Flowers and die-cuts have been colored with some Twinklings too.
