Keren Tamir – Memories Captured
My name is Keren Tamir and I live in Canada. I am a wife to a wonderful husband who is very supportive of my scrapbooking and a mother of two amazing kids; a 13 year old boy and a 7 year old girl. I’ve been scrapbooking for 11 years and I mainly scrapbook about my family.
I love to create and experiment with many different mediums and techniques. I also love using lots of flowers and vines in my projects. My style is always evolving and that’s one of the things I love about this art.
One of the main reasons I started scrapbooking was to preserve memories and photos for my children. However over the couple of years, I’ve started to enjoy another aspect of scrapbooking. I love the artistic outlet that it gives me. I love to create and I’m passionate about what I do.
I’m extremely happy to be staying with 7 Dots Studio as a DT Coordinator. It has been an amazing year and a dream come true. To see more of my designs please visit my blog.
I hope you enjoy my creations!!

Memories Captured
I scrapbooked a picture of my son climbing up a big tree. I wanted to create a nature themed layout to transport people right into the picture. I used the “What wood u say” paper from the Messy Head collection for the background because it looks like wood grain. Then I used flowers, burlap and lots of textured pastes and stamps to create the background behind the photo.
Supplies:
Messy Head – What wood you say
Messy Head – Big Words
Illumination – clear stamp set 1
Nature Walk – clear stamp set
I created a step by step video on how I made this layout.
