We recently came back from a family holiday. We spent some lovely days at the beach and I took some fabulous photos by the sea.
I couldn’t think of a better collection than Destination Unknown for me to scrap one of these photos. And so I used some alcohol inks, flowers, yarn and glitter to complement the Destination Unknown papers.
And here is a video:

Beginning of october I added the pleasure to meet Kasia and to attend her workshops. For her “Vintage Stories”, I searched in my old family photos and I have selected some of them. Today, it’s a photo of my paternal grand mother, Justine, that I choose to scrap. And for old family photos, the new collection from 7 Dots Studio, Thoughts Keeper, is just perfect. I think you will see more of my family members in the future.
I started by applying a thin layer of matte gel medium on my background before adding a layer of clear crackle paste in order to give a vintage look to my ayout. I added also some white crackle with a stencil before coloring the whole with some Twinkling.
The leaves have been die-cut in the same paper collection and lightly shaded, the flowers have been colored with Primary Elements in spray or Twinkling.
To finish my layout, I added some Glass Glitter, some ramdon stamping and some splatters of diluted Black Gesso.
