Tutorial from Louise Nelson
Hello Hello
Today I would like to share with you a layout I have created which colour wise would suit a festive/Christmas theme
First begin by adding some white paint splats to the background where you are going to place the photo and embellishment cluster.
While the white paint is still wet sprinkle on some fine silver glitter. It will set/dry into the paint splatters. Shake off excess glitter and allow to dry.
Paint the a chipboard frame with the same white paint, and also sprinkle with fine silver glitter. Shake off excess and allow to dry.
Artfully arrange the painted chipboard frame over your photo, including some fun loops of silver metalic thread to add visual interest, then adhere to the background.
Arrange brass metal branch embellishments on and around the framed photo, and adhere with fast drying liquid adhesive.
Randomly apply some dimensional magic on the branches and in and around the framed photo. Sprinkle fine silver glitter over the areas you have applied the dimensional magic, shake off excess and allow to dry.
The glitter set into the dimensional magic looks like glittery snow.
Artfully arrange some coordinating sequins on and around your framed photo and adhere using liquid adhesive.
Protect your photo with a scrap of card and apply a final layer of coordinating mist splats on background around photo and embellishment cluster.
The final embellishment touch is to paint some metal leaf/branches to coordinate with the silver flower.
Adhere these leaf/branches each side of the flower.
