Hello Sweeties
Today I’m up on 7 Dots Studio with a new photo of the famous Machines de l’Ile (Nantes – France): the Crab.
I added a design to the background with a stencil and 3D Gloss Gel. When dry, Iadded some colors with some Twinklink H2Os.
I covered all the chipboards with a thin layer of white Gesso.
I worked all the chipboards differently : I covered the fishing nets with a copper crackle paste, the starfish with a gold crackle paste, then with a Twinkling H2O, the sand dollars with a clear crackle paste then with some Twinkling H2Os too.
After spliting the seaweeds and covering them with a thin layer of white Gesso, I simply colored them with the same colors of Twinkling H2Os. I painted the fishes, and other sea animals, and covered them with Crackle Accent.

Today i share with you a new layout made with the Destination Unknown, a collection of dark and light color at the same time.
I find that this collection is well appropriate for the black and white photo. That’s why i use for this project a photo with a lot of contrast. I intriduce in this project a second color to bring more sweetness. I use the peach/cream for a part of my embellishments.
I continue to bring design on my layout with the Destination Unknown clear stamp ‘rond/compass’ for the bottom of my layout, i use black ink and the design is diluted with water before to be dry. On this way, i bring dark color on my layout.
For the light color, i used the stencil from UmWowStudio “Sea Bird Mask”. and i use modeling paste to add a touch of white.
i hope you like this layout, see you soon for the next month with another projects !
