Hello 7 Dots Studio fans!
It’s Anna Wiśniewska with you today!
With this photo tutorial I’d like to present you a few ways of using 7 Dots Studio (and UmWow Studio) stencils. Of course these are not the only ways that you can use this masks. I just want to present you how I use them mostly.

1. Three dimensional structure – akrylic paste

This is the way I use stencils the most often. It can be used in every
kind of project. You can create a background of layouts and canvases
this way, you can also do the same with cards, ATCs, even notebooks and tags.

2. Fun and colorful – paints

There are two ways of painting shapes through the setncil You can paint directly on the paper or you can paint the stencil and stamp it on the paper.

This second way gives sometimes some additional effects 🙂

When you look at the background of this layout you will see the effect of using painted stencil as a stamp 😉

3. Gentle finishing, outline – white pen

As you probably know I love to use stencils and white pen to outline
some shapes on the background of my creations. I do it very, very often.
On cards, canvases, layouts, albums – on every kind of scrapbooking
project

4. Color and sparkle – Mists / sprays

Do you remember the two ways of using paints and stencils? Same situation with stencils and mists / sprays. This time the effect will be a little different because mists are much more watery than paints.

And here are two layouts that have background decorated this way.
