be bright be you by Elena Olinevich

I’ve received the new collections by 7 Dots Studio. You know how awesome they are.
However I tried to find something new. It’s quite easy to create with the papers using mixed media techniques, flowers and vintage or girly pictures. But what to do if you are going to create the Layout for a little kid boy, with no flowers and no light papers?
Well, yes, you only need to try and to experiment.
This is what I have done.
It was not so easy to use only tags and die cuts, none of layers with the patterned papers. But it was fun and easy to mix all the embellishments , arranged over 2 photos.
I’ve added the random stamping on the background.
I also used the stencil and made the paint splatters with it. It was a good idea to add the color to the background.
Finally I like the result, and I like to find those funny pictures of my son dancing in front of the camera.
