June Challenge: Daily Routines
This time for our monthly challenge we want you to focus on things that accompany you in your daily life. The topic of this month challenge is “Daily Routines”. We want you to look around and search for things you can’t live without day by day. What is it? Please take part in the monthly fun and share with us the projects you come up with about day-to-day activities.

I have many daily routines and I’m a kind of routine lover. I love when I know what to do and when and that the everyday life is rolling. When thinking of a project to represent a daily routine I first thought about altering a tea cup but then decided to do a “tea bag”. Ha ha, pun intended! Tea is something I drink daily. Weekends start with a cup of tea, creating starts with a cup of tea and I usually end my day with a cup, too. I’m usually in too much of a hurry to drink a cup during the workday but sometimes I treat myself with a cuppa there, too. The soft tones of “Dreamscapes” fit the project perfectly.
What are your daily routines??Well… mine are those of a modern lifestyle for sure…Coffee first thing in the morning, e mail checking, mobile close for capturing a moment!! I know this may be your daily routines too. I also know this is not a healthy life he he he. But I have another routine for myself only… Gym trainning. Now try to include this one in your life too!!Kisses.
With this layout Louise wanted to document a fairly regular routine she has during her working week. With many of the private hospitals she works in they have fabulous little cafe’s so she always like to get to the hospital a little bit early so that she can have a nice big Coffee before starting work.
The inspiration for this Art Journal page actually came from the packaging of the Hazy Days stamps. I love how it looks and wanted to make a spread that reminded of if. I used several layers of acrylic paints and the Hazy Days stamps in combination to achieve a similar background to the one in the stamp set pack. When happy I added dimension with texture paste and the Dreamscapes Triangle stencil. The topic of this months challenge is “Daily Routines” and I wanted to share a brief overview of my day from wake up call to bedtime. The Writer´s Block numbers stencil worked perfectly to add my time schedule, and the word stickers from Hazy Days summon my day with a humoristic twist.
I can’ imagine a day without reading books. It’s my addiction, the air I need to breathe. That’s why I’ve created three bookmarks for our June challenge. I made them from “Dreamscapes” – one of the newest collections.
Hello 7 Dots Studio’s fans! My daily routine? READING! Each day I try to read at least for 30 minutes, It’s my moment where I can really relax! For my background, I used the “Under the covers” paper from the DREAMSCAPES collection. I have added some stamping, Art Stones and started layering using Dreamscapes papers, tags and stickers from the Writer’s Block.
Because the challenge topic is about routine for my page I chose something that I do every morning. A walk with my dog. He needs to move and so do I. I wanted to emphasize the yellow of my paper to make a reference to the sun and to the happiness this routine gets me. Scrapbooking is great at highlight the good little things and 7 Dots can always help you with it. Thanks. San xx
Today I present a page that illustrates my passion the arts. Every day I try to be in direct connection with my heart. I had fun using black and white together with some bursts of happiness. I used the illumination collection I adore. I made a little video for you. Please enjoy.
