Put your cape on and fly by Riikka Kovasin

Hiya! This post is something different for me as it’s the first post I write as a 7 Dots Studio ambassador! So hello everyone, my name is Riikka and I’m a proud 7 Dots Studio ambassador! I live in Finland but keep workshops all around Europe! I will be doing a post every now and then with a project or a tutorial. This time I did a layout about a workshop with the steps I use in one of my workshops.

The workshops are one of my favourites as they involve scrapbooking, 7 Dots Studio supplies and using mixed media to get your own touch onto the workshop kit items! During the workshop we create an unique background (or two!) and then turn them into layouts. I show my favourite background technique, share a tip or two and we also talk about composition and colours.

The page itself is about the first time I was keeping workshops in the UK. The picture is of the group who attended my ATC workshop then. I really love keeping workshops! I love when people get inspired and the workshops always give so much to me, too. Like what I often hear people attending say during the workshop – it’s so wonderful how the same materials can be turned to so many styles and projects!

Thank you so much for this opportunity Tusia! I dream I could meet all the readers of this blog one day! So hope to see you soon! Thank you for stopping by today!

Xoxo Riikka
