An incredible view by Bipasha K
Hello wonderful crafters,
Today I am going to share with you a mixed-media layout “An Incredible View”. I have mixed and match two latest lines of the 7 dots studio : Air Mail and Garden Party collections. These two lines are my faves and so versatile, with beautiful vintage touch.
I used Garden Party – Annual & Air Mail – Delivered for the base of my layout. I have fussy cut out multiple butterflies from Garden Party – Born to create paper embellishments. I started with heat embossing the stamped impressions from Garden party – Stamp on my bare layout to create an abstract structure of my design, followed by some splatters with diluted acrylics. I did get a chance to use some junks of 3D print outs from my engineering lab at uni – what a treasure! Once I was happy with the design, I coloured my embellishments with acrylics and rust pastes from Finnabair and created my layers with the Tags and 6×6″ paper pad of the Air Mail line. I blended in everything with some art stones from Finnabair.
I have created a video tutorial to demonstrate the process from scratch and I hope it will inspire you to create your own personalised beautiful pages using this eye-catchy collections from 7dots studio. Hugs,Bipasha
