Record your story by Tusia Lech

As you probably noticed, I love being in the mountains.  Today layout is a reminder of one of my mountain trip. It is always such a relaxing experience to me!

I have made some photos documenting the whole process of creation. If you are curious of it, please take a look below.

I started with making a mixture of Heavy White Gesso and Acrylic Paints – I applied it through Cotton Candy Dream Hex Stencil.

Then I have chosen some of the paper elements, I want to work with.

Writer’s Block chipboard are very easy to be coloured – I have used the same colors of Acrylic Paints, that I have used for creating background.

I started adding stickers and die-cut elements from Writer’s Block collection.

Almost last step was making some splashes with Ecolines and Indian Ink.

ATC series by Tusia Lech

I have a collection of ATCs from many artists – it has been more than 5 years since I started creating Artist Trading Cards. I love that small form, because it gives me an opportunity to trade :) So here they are – my newest ATC series.

And here is short step-by-step tutorial.

I started with misting some Glimmer Mist through Yuletide stencil and then applying some White Heavy Gesso (Finnabair) through stencil.

Then I mixed Microbeads from Finnabair with Soft Matte Gel and applied the mixture through the stencil (again).

When everything dried, I started adding embellishments – UmWowStudio flairs, chipboard pieces and 7 Dots Studio stickers.

Final touch was adding some metalic brads.

Finally ATCs looks like this:

Verano Azul – Element Stickers

Autumn by Tusia Lech

I love Autumn. This is my very favourite season. Even if the sky is cloudy and everything is wet I love walking among the trees, when the leaves are under my feet. The photo, I have used for my layout, was made a few days ago – during one of the wonderful walks with my friend. I love such quality time! Walking, chatting, smelling the forest, watching beautiful landscapes – simple pleasures.

I used Cotton Candy Dreams – one of the two newest collections. I love them both :)

At the background you can see black gesso applied through Writer’s Block stencil, misted with Heidi Swapp Color Shine and some stamping with Cotton Candy Dreams stamps.

Then I built some layers with Cotton Candy Dreams tags, stickers and die-cut elements, thread, Prima paper flowers and leaves.

Thank you for visiting our blog today :)
