Bright ATCs by Kavi Tha
Hello everyone,
Kavitha here today to show my project with brand new “Garden party” collection. Have you seen it yet? The colours are so rich and vibrant which inspired me to make a bright set of ATC cards in nature theme. I used a 12*12 sheet paper and 6*6 paper pad to fussy cut some elements.
Lets see the steps to create these cute little cards.
Steps:
1.Cut chipboard measuring 2.5 by 3.5 inches and cover it with “Garden gnomes” paper and give a coat of clear gesso
2.Stamp the ornate design from the stamp set using versamark ink and heat emboss it with white embossing powder.
3.Stamp the text design using archival black ink
4.Apply peacock feathers distress ink through stencil
5.Apply black modelling paste through another stencil
6.Add alcohol ink in shades of teal and yellow and dab off the excess with waste cloth
7.Arrange chipboard designs, die cut elements, fussy cut elements and stickers as desired
8.Now add more colors to the base and randomly over few embellishments,i have used alcohol inks and finnabair metallic paints and add glitters and microbeads using gel medium to add some shine to your atc’s .
