Cool Crisp Air by Karine Gagnon

Hello there,
Karine is here today and I want to share with you a layout I created using the gorgeous Garden Party collection. I fell in love with the August Play from Art Playground and decided to base my layout on their colour scheme.

I love the contrast from the dark grey (almost charcoal) and the lighter blue/aqua color. I find that the Annual paper from our Garden Party line was the perfect background to create my layout. Of course, I had to create a mixed media background, using stencils (Dreamscapes- Geometry and Lost and Found – Wonky Halftone) and stamps (Garden Party – Clear Stamps). I then added a tag from the Garden Party 12×12 Tags, bits and pieces of lace, resin and flowers to embellish my layout. I finished it off with Die-cut Elements and Element Stickers, and two Word Stickers for my title.
