We hope that You will get inspired and create your own unique project and share it with us!
Let’s Meet.
I live in the Northern parts of Sweden with my partner and two kids (13 and 9 yo). I work as a Intensive Care Nurse with Cardiology as my speciality. Crafts in all forms has been a big part of my life since I was a kid, but I found Scrapbooking in 2004. My style has evolved trough the years and nowadays I like to call myself a mixed media artist. I love to play with paints, surfaces, textures and different types of material. I love to inspire others, and I love to be challenged & pushed outside my comfort zone.
You can´t say anything other than that this moodboard encourage to some sort of Christmas related project – and I do love that! I decided to decorate a MDF star from Woodouts with my all time favourite collection from 7 Dots Studio – Yuletide. The star was painted with Red High Impact paint before I added the “Gingerbread” paper as base. To create extra interest in the background I stamped & embossed stars using the clear stamp from the Yuletide collection. The golden flowers (actually parts from a neckless) & the leaves equals the golden lights and the christmassy leaves in the moodboard. Together with tags flowers & the die cut pieces they create a great focal point. Splatters of golden mist give that perfect “messy” touch that I like. I´m really happy with this piece & hope that you found it inspiring!
