- How can I change the currency?
During checkout, the button for the currencies switch is at the top of the checkout page.
If you are on the product page, the switch button is at the top of the right column.
If you are on the shop page, the switch button is at the top of the left column.
There are four currencies to be chosen – EUR, USD, AUD and PLN.
- How can I change the language of the store?
For now, it’s impossible, but we are working on it.
- How much will I pay for shipping?
It depends on the weight of your order and country, where you would like us to ship your parcel. You can check the cost of shipping in our store. Please put all needed items into the basket. When you enter your shipping address, the shipping cost for each shipping option will be shown. You can choose between Global Expres, Trackable Post and Priority Post. Polish customers can choose Inpost locker. Global Express is fully trackable, has very fast shipping, available for parcels up to 2 kilograms. Trackable post is fully trackable, priority shipment. Priority post is not always trackable in all countries, although it is registered, priority shipment. DPD is available in the EU and it is fast courier delivery (2-4 days, depending on the country).
- How long it takes to receive an order?
It depends on the country of destination. In Europe, parcels usually reach their destination in 3-6 days. Delivery time to the USA and Canada is usually about 6-8 days. To Australia and New Zealand, it could be 12-20 days.
- How can I pay for my order?
We accept wire payments, card payments (via Stripe) and PayPal.
- I forgot my password – what should I do?
Please click “forgot password” at the upper right corner of our website and follow the instructions. Here is a direct link.
- I received a Coupon Code/Gift Voucher – how can I use it?
When you choose, what you would like to buy and put all the items in your basket, at checkout you will have visible options – “Use coupon code” and “Use Gift Voucher”. Please choose one, depending on the code you received, and follow the instructions.
- I would like to make a wire payment – what are your bank details?
