Hi all, I want to share a fun gift bag and layered tag I made with the Cotton Candy Dreams Collection. And with Halloween coming up at the end of the month I felt it was very fitting to make a goodie bag. And seeing most countries celebrate All Hallows Eve, the night before, All Saints Day, in some fashion or another. Even if traditions may vary from country to county, and as popular as Halloween is, it is a perfect time to get together with friends, however the event is celebrated.
