Gypsy Soul by Heather Thompson
Hello Everyone, Welcome to the new year, a new year of inspiration and creativity. Today I would love to share a new mixed media page I made of a photo my sister took, taken down in the Keys of Florida. This photo reminds me of the free spirited life down by the ocean. Tons of texture and an ambience of bohemian life and carefree mind. Soaking up the sun, relaxing in the atmosphere of easy living, tipping back an ice cold cocktail, listening to a street performer playing your favourite tunes.
Here is how this page evolved and became what it is. Along with the fabulous paper from Fortune-teller, which is one of my favourite collections, I used the matching
UWS chipboards to help give the gypsy feeling to the page. Here are some more close-ups:
