Pictures from the Past

Hello everyone, Luciana is here with you today!
I took advantage of the vintage feel of the papers from the Butterfly collection to create a page with a photo of me with my mother and brother.

These old photos of newborn babies in the gardens of homes were very common at the time.
I didn’t want to make any major changes, since this paper is rich in texture, so I added some colour by playing with the diamonds, I used the Finnabair stencil. I also added letters with the initials of the family members. This letter stencil is from Finnabair.

I used a crocheted towel from my grandmother to make a composition with the photo.
I played with the cutouts from the same collection.
The touch was given by the colored gauze and the metal flower.
