All items visible in a store are in stock. If for some reason any item is unavailable, we inform you before shipping and give you the option to replace it with a different item or to receive your money back.

All invoice discrepancies must be reported within 2 days of order receipt. Damages caused during carriage have to be claimed according to your local regulations (according to the postal service in your country).
Delivery time varies and depends on the destination. Yet we have to wait 45 days from the date of sending to be able to make a complaint if your order was not delivered. Please note that 45 days is a postal regulation, not ours.
