Vintage post cards by Kavi Tha
Hello everyone,
Today i made a set of vintage post cards using the new “Air mail” collection. I have used several cut out elements from the 6*6 paper pad, chipboard embellishments, die-cuts and tags to create the layers.
Step-by-step guide:
1.Cut “Post mark” paper to 4 by 7 inches, and “Scripted” paper slightly smaller than that.Distress the edges and stick both the papers together. Add stripes of vintage theme washi tapes randomly
2.Stamp Air mail clear stamp randomly in few places.
3.Apply graphite texture paste using “Postage notes” Stencil
4.Create the composition using tags, die cuts and chipboard elements
5.Mix oil pastels with water and add color over few places in shades of blue and green. Also splatter some black colour to finish off.
