Winged Beauty by Heather Thompson
I love the weather were I live, it is so sporatic and you never know from one day to the next what mother nature will bring. Anything from a beautiful sunny calm day to blistery snow storm the next. We have even had snow in to the first weekend of May. This page is a wintery/spring mix with lots of fragile texture like the ice and crystal formations in the photo.
Anytime there is a beautiful snow storm, or some crazy event mother natures throws my way, I look at the beauty it brings. This particular morning was the calm before the storm. A very low dense fog, and brisk tempurtrues, brings a formation of ice and crystals on everything. Living in a low lying area the formations are even more intense and gorgoeus. Enjoy some other close-ups.
