Written in the Stars – art journal
Hello Everyone!
Today I made an art journal page for you. It’s been a long time since I’ve done one, but it felt really good. This paper has a lot of potential. Actually, it was difficult at the beginning because I don’t usually cut the paper into such small pieces, I usually regret it because I like to see the beauty of it.
I chose Moonlight from the Stargazer collection. I cut it along the dotted lines and arranged it so that the names of the constellations were visible. Of course, I had to cover some of them up. 😀
On the edges and for the joints, I applied crackle paste more finely, and thicker on the edges to show the texture. To colour the surface of the crackle paste, I chose the aquarelle collections from prima marketing, namely pastel dreams and essence.
Under the composition I used washi tapes from art daily and all and crete.
For the composition, I chose the Celestial Elements and Vintage Ephemera paper cut-outs.
I also used star chipboard, on which I applied vintage gold wax.
Finally, 2 word stickers were added, which I highlighted with a pen.
