Shake up the world by Anat Weksler

Hello crafty friends!
Today with you Anat with my new inspiration and step-by-step video tutorial for you! I created a mixed media altered Frame using mainly the Fortune-teller Collection. To create the texture on this Frame I used white embossing powder as a resist and Shimmer color Spray On top. The focal point has a Beautiful woman image from Fortune-teller Collection.
